I have had Dr Lim as my Primary Care Dr for many years and she is excellent! As are her staff! Very prompt, courteous and professional.
I just called to get scheduled as a new patient with either of the HIGHLY recommended providers per my Nurse Practitioner, Laura Bono. Rashad (sp), I believe he said his name was, hung up in my face. Very rude and unprofessional. I have worked in customer service for 10+ years. I shake my head at the so-called "service" we're provided with here in Atlanta / Gwinnett County. Horrible practice. Very unorganized! If this is what medical care has come to, we are all doomed!
This location appears to be very poorly managed. Staff do no answer the phone, or return phone calls or respond to messages. They have a antiquated new patient registration process that takes months for new patients to be entered into their system. Just totally ineffective in providing patient care.
