Unfortunately, the reviews are accurate! I have called them multiple times to have my return to work forms filled out, well in advance, in addition to me sending several messages on mychart. Over a week and the forms were never filled out for my leave from work. I now have to drive to the facility to see if someone will simply do the job that they are paid to do. This location is trash and I will be moving on to a more competent location.
Worst of worse. Would never recommend. Never called back when they said they would. Nurse was very rude. I wish I had gotten her name.
I have gone to Dr. Heath since 2023, & I love how friendly & easy she is to communicate with. I also have never had any issues with the front office at all. Love this doctor’s office!
Dr Hoque is the best and I am very grateful to him but the folks at front desk need training and leadership. Terrible attitudes and If you need to call this office…forget about it!!! Dr Hoque gets 10 stars Front desk staff gets minus 5..
I went in for an appointment and the front desk receptionist treated me like i broke in her car. It was sad. i can see why she has no edges😑
