Everyone in that office has a welcoming spirit from the starting of the clerks to the phlebotomist was excellent The doctor is an exceptionally knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Heath you’re the best
Was seen today for the first time by Dr. Shonda Waddell and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Finding a new PCP can be frustrating but she made me feel so comfortable! She listened to all my concerns and questions. Front office staff was very nice as well upon arrival and checkout

My Dr. is good. The nursing staff stand around the front desk joking with clerks and doing nothing while patients are waiting. This should be looked into. They are more worried about joking around than taking care of patients.
Unfortunately, the reviews are accurate! I have called them multiple times to have my return to work forms filled out, well in advance, in addition to me sending several messages on mychart. Over a week and the forms were never filled out for my leave from work. I now have to drive to the facility to see if someone will simply do the job that they are paid to do. This location is trash and I will be moving on to a more competent location.
