The dark-haired woman with bangs/doctor's assistant was incredibly pleasant. I don't know why anyone is complaining, but she made me feel welcome and she was extremely polite. She deserves a raise!

Was seen today for the first time by Dr. Shonda Waddell and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Finding a new PCP can be frustrating but she made me feel so comfortable! She listened to all my concerns and questions. Front office staff was very nice as well upon arrival and checkout
