I had a 10:30 appointment with Dr. Edward Jackson.. Only one other person in the waiting room. They didn't look busy. All I was told was he was running behind. I was not given a reason or an estimate for my wait. I didn't get brought back for an hour and a half. Once in the room, I was given a pair of paper shorts and I sat there for another 30 minutes for the doctor to come into the room. Needless to say, he never came in so I left. If this is how they run their office I don't want them cutting on me.

Office procedures are a guessing game. They need a plan they can share with patients.
