I had a positive experience at this office. I went to NP Kyle and she is amazing! She’s very professional, attentive, made me feel truly cared for. I also appreciate they have a lab in the office which made things convenient. The lady at lab was sweet and professional.
I went into Emory Sharpsburg this AM and Dana and Lee Anne at the front desk went above and beyond to help resolve a problem I was having with earning my incentive / healthcare points. Thanks ladies for your kindness and great help
My daughter saw Dr Andrew Duke to establish as a new patient and get her referrals needed after insurance changed on us. His front office staff was very polite and his Nurse Ann and Dr Dukes were extremely friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Very pleased so far
Love the NP Kyle. Wouldn’t see anyone else.Really friendly & listens. Never once have seen her check her watch or make me feel rushed (as I’ve seen from others in the past).
So I have been going here over two decades and it's only gotten worse and worse. I have a prescription that I have to go in every 3 months for a check up to get my next 3 month supply. This visit is just a hello and how are you for 5 minutes then I leave. And for some reason my visits starting this year have started sending me a 200-400 bill every visit. The doctors are great and some of the staff is but something is dysfunctional.
