So I have been going here over two decades and it's only gotten worse and worse. I have a prescription that I have to go in every 3 months for a check up to get my next 3 month supply. This visit is just a hello and how are you for 5 minutes then I leave. And for some reason my visits starting this year have started sending me a 200-400 bill every visit. The doctors are great and some of the staff is but something is dysfunctional.
I like the doctor I have. But the office and the lab services are terrible. Driven over an hour today coming back and forth multiple times to submit lab specimens. And I'm still not able to complete because their system is now down for what I'm told will be days. Can't take it to a different location. Specimens won't keep for that long. So, at some future unknown date when the system is back up I will have to waste multiple hours (again) to come pick up the specimen collection items and come back (because I can't use the bat... read more
Please never make an appointment with Nurse Practitioner Karen Phillips, unless you want your time and money wasted. Had an appointment today she spent all of 5 mins in the room with me I didn’t have time to ask questions so I asked them to have her come back. Can you believe she was with another patient after spending 5 mins with me. Honestly, what can you decipher in 5 mins with a patient?? The operator doesn't know the timings for this location. There is no mention about the lunch hours on the website. The office is closed for lunch hours so be prepared to sit outside if you happen to be there during that time. Walked in to get labs done today. Sign in for labs and when it's more than 10 mins the front desk says that the phlebotomist will not return until 1:30 since she went to lunch at 12:30 when the lunch hours are 12 till 1.
