There ought to be a zero option. This place is hot garbage! I decided to try something new because they are closer to home than I usual urgent care place. Emory is being represented so poorly by this place. I was ignored upon entrance. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before my presence was ever acknowledged, though the receptionist was polite in speech, she was in no way thorough. It is so hard to get in touch with someone to talk to or make an appointment. I sat on hold 45 mins to make an appointment with supposedly only 4 callers ahead of me. This happens every time I call them. So frustrating!!
Referred to this facility by my PCP at Eagles Landing. They performed a Medical Clearance Exam for an upcoming scheduled surgery and never sent the completed paperwork to the Surgeons office despite multiple requests from myself and the Surgeons office. Extremely unprofessional and highly do NOT recommend
Would never trust this dr with my life or any other family members
Been going to this office for yrs never had a problem Dr Woods is very professional, he treats you like family, never call and never had my call returned, wonderful team
