Boom! Great first visit! I am very appreciative of the entire staff.
I really don't have anything really negative to say about ECHC..EXCEPT The following things... I can think of, the parking is horrible, let me repeat horrible... You have to walk far far far to Cardiology/Coumadin..And the bathrooms.... I have difficulty getting around and getting up from low chairs, toilet etc., is almost impossible.. THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR BATHROOMS.....ASAP!!!! Dr. Marcus Williams, Kelly Jones, Dr. T, Dr. Martin, Dr. Horlander, Tracy Flory...Can't beat em... Love you guys!!!
Everyone is always so nice! My doctor is Nicole Crane and she and her nurses are exceptionally nice. So glad I found them!
Ridiculous wait time for Williams! Ladies at nurse station are rude and almost never acknowledge your presence! The sign reads "If you have been waiting longer than 30 minutes, please check with the receptionist." I did and she said "Well, you will just have to keep in waiting!" Hate, hate, hate this place! Worst business etiquette ever!!!
