This review has NOTHING to do with Dr. Hood He’s AMAZING! The facility needs an updated make over! The staff needs to be replaced with skilled trained professionals that understands the importance of quality & excellent customer service. Most of my other Dr’s are in Dunwoody! A Big Difference! My husband has been seeing Dr. Hood for approximately 15 years for various health issues and Dr. Hood is the best! The wait can be long (sometimes) but keep in mind he takes his time with all his patients. My hubby sees him every 6 months and he asks questions to determine if all is going well.
This review is for Dr. Signe O'Neale , everyone else was pretty nice. This isn’t my first time at this location but this was my first time with this provider. So with that being said this was my honest experience , no lies just honesty. Dr. Signe O'Neale wasJust rust plain out rude, unpleasant, unfriendly with a horrible demeanor. Im editing my review because Dr. Hood is an amazing Dr that is always very helpful and quick to respond. He is super knowledgeable and shows that he cares about his patients. Of their is an emergency he will try his best to fit you in as long as his schedule allows it. Thanks Dr. Hood. There are just some Dr’s their that do not share his same qualities. If you have a sick 12 year old don't try this place. I have health insurance for my child and she had a fever and they would not see her and had no appointments any time soon. I was told to take her to urgent care which is run by piedmont. Emory told me to go to piedmont! At no point while on the phone could anyone explain why they would not see a sick child and instead thought the best care for her would be to wait in an urgent care with a fever for hours on end.
