This is a terrible doctors office they do not answer the phone I literally called 18 times and left voicemails. Still no answer!!! I’m not even sure how they are even getting patients if it weren’t for them being connected to the hospital. Just try to go to another neurologist cause this location doesn’t prioritize patient care at all
Dr. Shuler is fantastic. She's absolutely brilliant and listens. You can tell she really tries to look at the patient as a whole to figure out how to fix a problem. That being said, my interactions with the front office has been a complete dumpster fire, a train wreck, a sewage show, or perhaps an unholy combination of all three. My wife has a debilitating illness that requires an expensive medication. Once a year we need a pre-authorization from this office in order for her to function as a human being. Very rude my appointment is scheduled for 8am and the lady says no that’s really 8:30am. I say no I’m scheduled for 8am she says we just book you like that so you will be on time. I’m good on this type of service
I left three messages a couple of weeks ago. No one returned my call. It wasn't as if I was calling to make an appointment for a haircut. This is a neurology office! They need to call people back.
Don't even bother calling this place. The lady that answers the phone doesn't care and has a terrible attitude. I was transferred by the other office to see if this office had a sooner appointment available than October next year. She said that none of the doctors are accepting CHOA patients because the one that did is retiring and because my daughter is seeing a neurologist and has seen a neurologist in the last 3 years, they won't accept her.
