After my check order was not mailed to me in a timely manner, I received assistance from Ms. Barbara Wynn. She called the check company to find the checks had not been printed due to a technicality. Ms. Wynn was able to re-order my checks over the phone and ensured every detail was addressed to avoid delays. She has excellent customer service skills and was very kind to me as well as the check company representative.
