EMO has replaced carpet and flooring in our home previously and done an awesome job! We recently had EMO Flooring totally re carpet our home and replace floors in two of our bathrooms. We are so very pleased with both jobs!! The customer service we received was top notch..and their (Jacque and Greg) patience in answering our many questions during our many visits was so appreciated. We highly recommend EMO Flooring!!
Fantastic experience across the board. The staff in the store were knowledgeable and helpful, but zero pressure. The installation staff was amazing to work with. I needed a stair runner cut and installed and they were incredibly helpful with recommendations and provided pictures of past jobs, to ensure I was happy with the end product. I'd definitely use Emo again for future flooring projects.
We got Paramount flooring, color: Slatedale and it turned out great! Everyone was super nice and it's a bonus to keep the money local! Thanks, we'll probably see you for our backsplash supplies!
