Jenaye, I am sorry you were dissatisfied when picking up your gown. We were using a lint roller to remove the thread that stuck to your dress due to the static in the store. This time of year the dry air and plastic in the store causes a high amount of static, especially on the fabric that the bottom of your dress is made of. had mob dress appointment. we were showed where they were then got zero help after. not a word was said to us as we left. very disappointed. very snooty
My mom went in to look for a dress for my wedding. When she showed up she was offered zero help. She actually had found multiple that she really liked. But all 3 employees just stood around, so she left. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone!
This is the first shop I went to to find my wedding dress, I had an amazing experience, my consultant, Katie, was amazing, she flowed with my family’s joke telling and personalities beautifully! I found my perfect gown and am so thrilled with the experience I had!
