I was uncertain about the Mulberry location, but we ended up loving it. My sister and I shared a furnished studio in the building. The street itself has a lot of tourist, so we would always walk to the West a little to SoHo, and it has a really cool vibe. I don’t know if we will be back to NYC anytime soon, but if we did come back we would definitely stay here again.

I saw some of their ads on Craigslist, and it seemed like they had a lot of apartments for rent. I was able to send one of my co-workers to check out a few place, since I was from out of town. She told me which one was best, and I did all the paperwork through the phone and by email. They gave me a code to let me in the apartment, so I never actually saw their office. Everything was in order for my arrival and I am happy with this apartment and location.

Coming from Germany earlier this year, I had the most difficult time finding a place to live.I didn’t have any credit history here in the states, so it was nearly impossible.Fortunately, Emmut was willing to work with me and got me into one of their new buildings on 48thStreet.It’s quite nice, and their office is right there in the building so you can always pop in if there is a problem.I would definitely recommend to other foreigners.
