I went with my friend to get his E-bike serviced, the back brakes were braking slower than the front and the bike came to a slow stop and not an immediate stop as it should. Communication was a struggle, trying to explain that the problem with the bike is still a problem, the store repairman, kept saying he replaced the brakes it's new, but nothing was fixed the back brakes were not braking properly as the front, my friend asked for his money, the guy said no. Excellent customer service! Aiden and Glen where completely helpful and a pleasure to deal with Wang was quick and efficient at replacing my panels and repaired everything perfectly if I can give 10 stars on this Google review I would diffently will be back thank you guy!
The Emmo technician is good and offer nice service. Sometimes customers are too many and Shorter time to wait will be perfect.
I met a wonderful Gentleman Calvin Truong! Recommended the right bike for me the adventure 3 step through and he wasn’t just concerned about the sale but care about my overall experience. Very knowledgeable and experienced answered everything’s loved it so much!
