I would like to thank Waris from the Emmo bikes downtown location in Toronto. He was kind, patient, friendly and informative. I was a wishy washy customer and was very on the fence about purchasing a bike. After many days and chats i finally made up my mind to purchase an ebike. Thank you Waris for working with me and your patience. Absolutely great customer service. So far I love my bike and will review it shortly , i just felt Waris deserved a review of his own.

I met Aidan here and he is good man. Friendly and honest. I upgraded my ebike from bicycle style to Hornet XI with 120km travel range, thanks to Aidan. Fafa helped me to understand the bike and sorted things for me. Wonderful team.
