Excellent customer service from Rick, I could not be more impressed with the service I received after my Scooter was vandalized by people trying to steal it. He fixed multiple issues and went out of his way to drop my scooter off for me when it was done.
Needed a small repair for my ebike Rickey took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and his attention to detail was impressive. My e-bike rides like new again! If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy place for e-bike repairs, Rickey’s shop is the best in town. Highly recommended!
Spend 3400 on a brand new bike that lasted me 5 driving months until the batteries died and now I can barely resell the thing for $1000. I would never purchase another ebike or emmo product after this experience. Buy at your own risk.
