I have a Emmo ganda turbo! Rick is a fantastic guy and his word is bond. that's rare today. he fixed a mess from another shop I had it in. he really knows his trade. and Emmo stands up to all warranties. I no because a slight issue with batteries and they replaced them all. I'm just so happy with there professionalism and one on one Courtesy! I highly recommend his shop in Burlington and Hamilton. Excellent customer service from Rick, I could not be more impressed with the service I received after my Scooter was vandalized by people trying to steal it. He fixed multiple issues and went out of his way to drop my scooter off for me when it was done.
Needed a small repair for my ebike Rickey took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and his attention to detail was impressive. My e-bike rides like new again! If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy place for e-bike repairs, Rickey’s shop is the best in town. Highly recommended!
