Rude arrogant and self centered. Not sure how Narcisse stays in Business. Great they have more options in NB to repair Ebikes!! Get an Attitude adjustment and go to school to learn Nice manners and Politeness!
He's all nice before you buy the bike or scooter but once he gets the money he doesn't reply back to the texts, my husband called him and just hung up on him. I had a piece missing on my new scooter texted him and no reply. He's very rude and doesn't know how to treat his customers, don't deal with Rick. He definitely has lost a customer, I will never deal with him again.
I bought a et-4 mobility scooter with roof and Rick was very rude and arrogant asked him a few questions before I bought the scooter at first he said yes to these questions but then turned around and said no after he had got his down payment and there was a piece missing so I texted him with the part missing and have not heard anything back from him yet that was 3 weeks ago. I do not recommend him he doesn't know how to treat his customers.
Wow, love my vgo pro 2.0. electric bike. Got it 3 weeks ago. Great ride, tons of compliments. Special thanks to Ahmad at the Spadina ave shop in Toronto. Really nice and helpful young man. Service was excellent
