Be very careful with these people. They will lie to you, show you something nice to lure you in, and once you’ve signed, they’ll give you the worst unit imaginable. I’m so glad my family only lived here for a year and they’re out now but I’ve been waiting to speak up for them, to avoid any retaliation. The management is just as sketchy. They randomly demand “money orders” instead of using the electronic payment system, and maintenance is practically nonexistent, they spent a year with no working AC, can you imagine living li... read more
False advertising price. Base rent doubles after they add hundreds in fees and extra charges. Avoid like the plague.
