Ok… aquí voy de nuevo y de verdad lo siento pero ya que he esperado dos semanas para que se me dé respuesta a un correo por un cobro excesivo de 40 dólares que se me hizo por pagar en línea la renta, como es esto posible? 40 dólares de más del cual nunca se me informó que se cobraría en caso de pagar en línea , y que tampoco está especificado en los papeles que se me entregó al momento de firmar contrato ! I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is well maintained, and whenever I’ve needed assistance, the staff has always been helpful and professional. I especially want to recognize Silvia, the manager, for being incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist residents. Fui a visitar a mi hermana y aproveche para recorrer el condominio porque estoy buscando un lugar donde mudarme, pero no me gustó para nada, fue muy decepcionante las condiciones de las áreas de recreación, al parecer no hacen mantenimiento , las piscinas en pésimo estado, el césped no lo cortan , fue una muy mala experiencia. En conclusión no me mudaria ahi jamas

Esto a mí realmente me parece súper triste, tenía altas espectativas sobre el complejo, pero qué decepción, como es posible que unas piscinas de uso público estén abiertas en estas condiciones cuando es un riesgo total de salud pública, como es posible que no se le haga el mantenimiento debido si sus residentes están pagando por ello y por el uso de las mismas…. 3 piscinas y ninguna está en condiciones de uso!!! If could give it less then one star I would! This place is a catfish !! Disgusting filled with bugs and roaches!! The office has no idea what’s going on and the people you’ll be living next to have 0 courtesy especially if they have animals !!! A patio is not where DOGS GO PEE OR POOP!!! Had my truck towed 4 times from here as resident payed well over 1k to get out my truck that was towed from a apartment complex I pay for, talk about a kickback for the building to get money from the tow company!
