I had a very disappointing experience at this office, especially with a staff member named Joselyn. I arrived at 2:07 PM and waited about 15 minutes while she was in the cyber lounge talking with someone at a computer. She clearly saw me waiting but made no effort to assist me. When she finally came over, her attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive. I felt she was annoyed by my accent, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
