David Sosa was so wonderful, we had such a great experience we came in and was immediately greeted with a warm smile and very gentle voice he was so wonderful to accommodate and take us on a tour super funny and sweet he answered all of our questions gracefully and immediately gave us answers making the process super fast and did a wonderful job reaching out to us over all experience was so good .
I have been living here for 7 years and I have to say that the staff that's in the office right now is the best very professional and very helpful thank you David so much for your help with everything today.

I’ve had a good experience living at Emmitt Apartment Homes. The leasing team, Joselyn and Julia, are always friendly and willing to assist when needed. Sylvia, the manager, is professional and approachable, and I appreciate the effort the team puts into helping residents. Like any community, there are always areas that can improve, but overall my experience has been positive and I’m happy to call Emmitt home.
