The plumbers did a great job! We had a leak on our main water line just past the customer valve because of tree roots. The company sent someone out to our Chicago home the same day we called, which was really helpful. While they couldn’t fix the entire problem right away, Jacob and Donovan came up with a temporary fix so we would still have water overnight. After moving into our new home, we started hearing water running inside one of the walls and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. After a few days of trying to find the source on our own, we reached out to our home warranty company, who sent a plumber to take a look. Unfortunately, that plumber only confirmed there was a leak in the wall but said he couldn’t fix it because he couldn’t find the exact pipe that was leaking.
