Mechanic that wears the bandana is rather rude and unprofessional and not to mention they ripped off my buddy $200+ after they said they fixed the leak in the car and they didn’t. Just went in yesterday to see if they can fix my car (I know whats wrong with it) and they still want to charge $100+ for diagnostics. Right on . Joke. Don’t go here.
Stopped in last minute needing a new battery, Rich dropped what he was doing, installed a new battery and had me on my way 10 minutes! Definately went above and beyond, saving my day! Great local business and awesome crew!
I went to two other auto body repairs shops in West Haven. One said I needed a new door and the other said it would be $1200. I went to see Emmett and he said it would be $700. He did a GREAT job! You cannot tell the passenger side of my car door was damaged AND he took care of all the scratches on the whole side of my vehicle as well. Needless to say, I am thrilled with the work done and I will recommend him to everyone! Thank you, Emmett!
