Management is the absolute worst. If I could give this 0 stars I would. They have so MANY HEALTH AND ILLEGAL issues in this apt & they refuse to do anything about it. Asked to leave peacefully after months of being ignored and patronized by the uneducated (in regards to tenant rights) staff Granite meadows has working for Emmett St apartments...Forcing me to live in stress, anxiety and spending 2x my means to accommodate everything I couldn't do in THE APARTMENT I PAY OVER $1,075 A MONTH IN RENT, like use my kitchen for exam... read more
I lived there for six years. The parking is terrible. The neighbors are inconsiderate. The management doesn't seem to handle any complaints for example; the apartment above mine flooded and leaked down to walls and wrecked the ceiling tiles outside my apartment. I informed management and maintenance workers immediately and after about three weeks I got tired of complaining about it. As of moving out it wasn't fixed. The driveway is an absolute nightmare between it flooding by the dumpsters to the point that you can't pull in... read more
