Although they add the may use substations they also said in that disclaimer "using flowers of equal value" as you can see the photo is what they use for representation on their website for what i purchased versus what they sent they could have made it a verity but choose to use a ton of funeral flowers which is somewhat misleading but they did color match 🤷 it is what it is at this point still an okay arrangement and they forget a word on the card I wrote.

Not how you want to spend a Saturday. I put an order in a week ago plenty of time to call me and make any changes if needed. Then the only colors we requested which was navy wasn’t even a part of the Boutonnière or corsage. When i called the owner she said she could swap with something she already had in the fridge but honestly I should have kept the one I already had to deal with not liking. Won’t be using them again. My order was not delivered within the promised timeframe, thus partially ruining what should have been part of a special occasion. Not only was it not on time it was delivered 2 hrs too late, called no answer, emailed no response , overpriced and to top things off the arrangement was missing flowers that were depicted on the arrangement that was chosen. Very disappointing.
