Not how you want to spend a Saturday. I put an order in a week ago plenty of time to call me and make any changes if needed. Then the only colors we requested which was navy wasn’t even a part of the Boutonnière or corsage. When i called the owner she said she could swap with something she already had in the fridge but honestly I should have kept the one I already had to deal with not liking. Won’t be using them again. My order was not delivered within the promised timeframe, thus partially ruining what should have been part of a special occasion. Not only was it not on time it was delivered 2 hrs too late, called no answer, emailed no response , overpriced and to top things off the arrangement was missing flowers that were depicted on the arrangement that was chosen. Very disappointing.

Absolutely the best service. The flowers are always pretty, but honestly the people are the most understanding, loving and compassionate out of any other location. Thank you for your compassion during my friends loss. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful as usual.

Holly and Kip provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to create a beautiful, custom floral arrangement for my grandfather’s funeral. They took great pride and care in their work and made placing an order, even from out of state, extremely easy. I would highly recommend them for any of your floral needs.
