I had one visit for a cleaning and scheduled another for a crown. Everything went as expected and I was happy with the procedure and the staff. But, 3 days later I received a certified letter stating that they will be "discontinuing my dental care due to inappropriate comments" made by me. I have no idea what these comments were as they did not specify but, I would NEVER do or say anything inappropriate to anybody for any reason! Hadn't been able to go to the dentist for awhile and they didn't judge me! I got a full set of x-rays, a panoramic x-ray, a deep cleaning AND we made a plan for what needs addressed in my mouth!
Top notch service. The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable! Grace my dental hygienist was the absolute best as well! She was so good and just a delight!!
I had such a great experience at Emmett Dental today! From the moment I walked in everyone was so kind and welcoming. The staff made me feel completely comfortable and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The office was clean and inviting and you can really tell they care about their patients. They were gentle and attentive throughout my whole visit! I’m really glad I found them!
After several disappointing Dentists in the past I am thrilled either Emmett Dental. Friendly, professional and thorough care! You aren’t just a patient, you are treated with honest caring. They are my Forever care team!
