Update: he even filed my case in the wrong county. He filed my case in dupage but he needed to ask the judge in DEKALB to transfer my case. The judge in dekalb has the authority to transfer it, not the judge in dupage. Joseph told me one thing and then wrote the exact opposite in a letter to my daughter's school. He lost my trust by contradicting himself.
Emmerth Law demonstrated great professionalism and counsel throughout this process. Their effort and experience allowed for a comfortable and informed process leading to a quick conclusion. While we could never fully prepare emotionally for closure, its best this wasn't a long, drawn out process.
