I've gone to this location many times for services/repairs on my vehicles over the years and have had mixed reviews. At times the service team would be great and other times would be downright unpleasant. I just recently scheduled an appointment online like I always have, and included an oil change among additional services I was needed due to vehicle issues. I recently purchased a vehicle from this business and I COULD NOT be more pleased with my decision. Yes, the truck is beautiful and I love it...(and the price they gave it to me for).. but it is ALL the employees and management I'm here to sing praises for. They gave me all the warm fuzzies from beginning to end. Kind, super friendly and professional, no pressure or game playing, full disclosure and transparency. They all remember me and make me feel like family every time I stop in to say hi. 100% recommend this dealership.
Kane was wonderful to work with. He listened to and answered all my questions and worked hard to make me feel comfortable with all parts of the buying process. Ken was also extremely helpful with getting me through the paperwork.
Never has an hour drive been so worth it! We live in Portland, and Emmert had the exact vehicle we wanted so we started our experience through a quick chat online with TJ. TJ was super nice, answered all our questions and connected us to Yuri. Although there were some personnel changes since my last visit to Emmert the general manager Cameron helped direct me to Yuri Ohno who along with Cameron took care of all of my needs and promptly hooked me up with a truck that fit my needs. I am completely satisfied with Emmert Motors and will recommend them to all my friends. It was a great vehicle purchasing experience
