I recently purchased a vehicle from this business and I COULD NOT be more pleased with my decision. Yes, the truck is beautiful and I love it...(and the price they gave it to me for).. but it is ALL the employees and management I'm here to sing praises for. They gave me all the warm fuzzies from beginning to end. Kind, super friendly and professional, no pressure or game playing, full disclosure and transparency. They all remember me and make me feel like family every time I stop in to say hi. 100% recommend this dealership.
Kane was wonderful to work with. He listened to and answered all my questions and worked hard to make me feel comfortable with all parts of the buying process. Ken was also extremely helpful with getting me through the paperwork.
Never has an hour drive been so worth it! We live in Portland, and Emmert had the exact vehicle we wanted so we started our experience through a quick chat online with TJ. Although there were some personnel changes since my last visit to Emmert the general manager Cameron helped direct me to Yuri Ohno who along with Cameron took care of all of my needs and promptly hooked me up with a truck that fit my needs. I am completely satisfied with Emmert Motors and will recommend them to all my friends. It was a great vehicle purchasing experience
Let me start by saying the receptionist and detail fellow seemed nice enough but the trade in guys yeiks. First he failed to introduce himself or show any customer service or greeting or any kind. This is a manager mind you , still chewing and scoffing because I wanted to ride along, gets into my truck to drive it, then begins to pick his teeth with his fingers and touch my shifter and steering.
