We were told repairs on our car would only take 10 days and now it's been 3+ weeks and they suddenly "found more damage". Shouldn't they have already been done with the car and why would they just now be taking it apart? We need our car back and would not have brought our car in for repairs here if they were just going to hold it hostage and not actually complete the repair.

Well, The one star I gave was only because I had to! I got a little dent in my truck last spring. We took it to Emmerts for body work-repair. They said "Sure, We can fix that-No problem" . Great! Some time went by because I needed my truck,a little over a month..We made arrangements for September. During this month I give them a check for $3,300. BAD IDEA!! Time comes, I take my truck in. Buyers beware! This dealership provided me with the worst possible customer service and experience that I could ever imagine. My experience with this dealership was a three-month long horror story. I had brought my grandfather’s truck in for some repairs, as he wanted to sell the vehicle and it had a check engine light on (he is 86 years old and has bought many vehicles from this dealership and has gone nowhere else for work, repairs or maintenance. So disappointed, had the windshield replaced in my 2016 Kia soul, less than 30,000 miles on it. There are glass shards inside, rubber seal has a gap on the sides and the metal trim is loose and sloppy. For $526.00, one would expect a better job than that...
