So much unprofessionalism coming from Nicki, I called the office to request a VOR for a mutual client, and she made a very inappropriate comment stating she doesn't know when she'll be getting it done and that client will be living off street. I informed her it was illegal to not complete form and she hung up. I called back several times, and she kept answering and hanging up.
