Let me tell you that when you want to find a good landlord/lady, you want Lindsay. We have rented from them for the past 5 yrars and She and Justyn have gone above and beyond for our rental house: they have been quick in response to house needs like AC and Heater going out, roof needing replaced, etc. And even played a huge part in our moving arrangements when our movers created a wrench in our plans to make sure we were taken care of. They are such kind people, and truly are the people you want to buy/rent a home from.
