Edited. These guys are on the sellers end of the contract. So far our experience has been awful. When requesting updates or status, on key items in the agreement, we get nothing. The secretary says their realtor is on vacation but no further detail. I would honestly be so ticked off if I were selling a property through them. Imagine you think you are hiring a realtor to sell your property but they don’t respond to buyers. Yup, that’s what you get with Emmer. So slow to respond.

I have had the good fortune of working with the Emmer Real Estate Group on 4 separate transactions over the past 2+ years in Green Lake terrace area. They both were very accommodating, always reachable when something came up, and very polite.
