Hanna Overman was wonderful. She was supportive and understanding, thoughtful and patient, sweet and caring. Very trustworthy and walked us thru each step. I can't say enough good things about Emmer real estate. They were professional through every step of the process and even went so far as to trim my bushes for me when I couldn't make it to the house. They didn't nickel and dime me on commission and their pricing strategy got me well over my asking price. I would definitely use them again. Well done, Emmer.
Ehhhh. Sold the home (via an outside agent) but sold nonetheless. Was told there were numerous pre-qualified buyers waiting for a chance at my property. Many that came through were clearly not qualified, and included a few nosey neighbors and an ex girlfriend who was allowed to take photos inside the home and use them for nefarious activity.
Thank you Julie for your hard work and dedication in helping us sell our mom’s home. We appreciate your patience at this difficult time and especially appreciated your encouragement that we were moving in the right direction. We had to clear a home with lot of stuff!! We will definitely recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
