This is unacceptable and unbelievable the minimum for a no show is 25-50. However they decided to take 200 from my card without even informing me! This is theft! Fraud! Anywhere you go they send you an email or text saying “hey we will take a fee for a no show”. Yet this place didn’t even give me a heads up! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AN ANY SHAPE OR FORM!
I had the absolute best experience with Audrey at Emm + Ell Style Bar. This appointment was a big one for me — my first haircut in about two years after my previous stylist retired to have a baby, so I had honestly been putting off finding someone new. On top of that, it ended up being a pretty big cut and part of getting my hair where I want it ahead of my wedding, so trusting someone with it felt like a big step. I got a partial highlight from Ivey and it was so perfect! It was so blended, especially with my super curly hair and very fairly priced. The blowout afterward was the best I’ve ever had too! I love this place and recommend Ivey to everyone!
