I went there awhile back never left a review until now due to the fact how awful my experience was that I still think about. I waited over half an hour in the waiting room even though I was on time as scheduled, had brought my own Extensions to use. Finally after 30/45 minutes I sat in the owners chair for another 20 minutes and she asked me what my nationality was!? I came in with high hopes and left nearly in tears. What should have been a simple trim turned into one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had in a salon, due to the hairdresser’s rude and condescending comments. I’m usually quiet in these situations, but this went far beyond acceptable behaviour. My mom had a similar experience with a different stylist here, leaving just as uncomfortable and shocked by the lack of basic courtesy. I love this place so much. I've been coming here for my hair dye and extensions for years. The two sisters Maria and Veronica are such a powerhouse team along with their incredible staff. You always feel like family and enjoy your time spent there! Highly recommend.
Beautiful little salon, absolutely loved the Britney wallpaper 😅 Natalie is an absolute delight, had her as a stylist years ago, and am so so happy I went back to her. Definitely will be making more appointments at Emme.
