The staff are great -- very friendly and attentive. Really nice amenities including a rooftop pool and gym. Solid location, right next to downtown and restaurant row.
I’ve been living in this building for a year, and once the renewal email hit my inbox, I accepted IMMEDIATELY. That’s how much I like this building. Door staff is great, feel secured. Neighbors are courteous and quiet, never heard any loud music or sounds. Maintenance is usually responsive, except Sunday. My leasing agent, Mon, the security lead, Z, and I even become friends! Great building, amazing amenities and surrounding neighborhood. But even cooler staff.
False advertisement this is a scam ripoff artist. Ordered a guardian witch supposedly from cracker barrel shipped from Poland double charged me almost $50 it's a $2 tree item
I love living in this beautiful property! The units and common spaces are modern and stylish, with huge windows and beautiful views. My dog loves the indoor/outdoor dog runs and I love the dog wash stations. Location is safe and extremely convenient to OTL and the El.
