This is very unfortunate that my experience today with Northern Light Orono Family Medicine was horrible. I have never been treated so badly by a nurse (Brandee H) and on top of that, my appt was at 4:25 and i never saw anyone. I left at 4:55. Never going back here again.
They are a joke. You go with health issues and leave no further ahead than when you went. They have no clue, just play at being medically trained. You get sicker and they do nothing. You go 3 or 4 times and they complain how you've been there several times. They do not care about the patient, just in collecting a paycheck

Very poor service. Extremely long wait times, especially when trying to call. Getting paperwork from them sent somewhere seems almost impossible. Maybe more staff would be a great start.
I had an 8:00 am appointment and got here 45 mins early to complete my paper work. At 8:30, I still have not seen my provider and was just told she is an hour behind schedule. I call BS. I bet she hasn’t even shown up to work yet. Completely unprofessional and insulting.
Very poor communication between the physicians, patient services representatives, and patients themselves. Feeling like your health comes second to all other things is not a feeling you should get from your primary care physicians office. Receiving a call an hour after your left your appointment to be asked why you were a no show is NOT okay. Same with setting up referral appointments and never actually informing the patient.
