Dr. Dianne Kalleen MD is my primary doctor and she is a phenomenal doctor. She listens, she addresses all my issues, orders tests if necessary and follows up with me. She is the first doctor I've ever had in my lifetime that I am comfortable with. That says a lot for her - as doctors in general don't make us comfortable. Her nurse, Pam is as perfect as she. If you are able to become her patient, you will be fortunate. I'd give them 10 starts if I could!

I’m really frustrated and disappointed. I’ve called so many times over the past month just to be transferred around with no real help. All I needed was one paper signed. They had it for a month, knowing they couldn’t sign it without an in-person visit, yet nothing was communicated. Now that I’ve moved out of state, they’re telling me I need to come in. I’ve asked for my doctor to call me back multiple times with no response. I hope they do better for their other patients because this has been stressful and unnecessary.

Just went in for a check up w Katherine. All the staff there are so nice, was even able to have my blood drawn. However when I left the check-out area is just a little diff and seeing only one person she told me she was by herself and it would be a minute which was fine of course. Then I see her start shaking her head, as she then is ready I hand her my printed out bill and she just looks at me, questioning me w this rude tone in her voice. What do you want to do she asks. If I could give zero Stars I would they don't give a shit about you and will refuse to reorder medication (that give you massive withdrawal symptoms if you don't take)
