Fired my husband as an patient after accidentally missing one appointment. He called and asked to reschedule the appointment missed, and he was told that he was no longer in the system already. My husband is on high blood pressure meds, and now his prescription has been cancelled. My husband, myself, and my son will no longer be going here.
Dr. Dianne Kalleen MD is my primary doctor and she is a phenomenal doctor. She listens, she addresses all my issues, orders tests if necessary and follows up with me. She is the first doctor I've ever had in my lifetime that I am comfortable with. That says a lot for her - as doctors in general don't make us comfortable. Her nurse, Pam is as perfect as she. If you are able to become her patient, you will be fortunate. I'd give them 10 starts if I could!
