This place is a joke! The PCPs are incompetent, the phone staff is ignorant, and the "higher ups" are rude as hell! My fiancé comes to every appointment with me, always has. I'm disabled and need his help a lot. I had an appointment this past week and my fiancé had one right after mine because we both saw the same PCP, Brandi Quirk. I would give zero stars, if possible! Worst experience at a PCP ever! I had to check in for my appointment after my fiancée did and they took her back before I was done and then wouldn't let me come back. They then lied and said she said I would see her afterwards, when I see the same doctor and was scheduled to see her directly after she saw my fiancée! My fiancée has PTSD and never would've said that and I finally got the tech to tell the truth. They lied to me and she admitted my fiancée never said that! Unbelievable how ... read more
Holds times are ridiculous, you never get a call back for after hours care and they always seem annoyed when you call in for anything.
