Ms. Radcliffe represented me and she was very personable, (easy to talk to ), and yet very professional. She explained my case in the beginning and explained as to how the process would proceed. She or her assistant was always available for any questions that came up.
I recently needed help when someone was using my SS# I just wanted to say that Sally Fox and her team went out of their way to make sure my problem was fixed as quickly as possible. David Bright was very helpful and kept me up to date on the progress. I am beyond thankful that they were able to help me in this situation.
