Lack of professionalism They ruined my daughter's first homecoming and they did not even try to rectify. The manager, Candace, tried to blame it on the fact that I was not there during the consultation. The stylist that did my daughter's hair did not even have the courtesy to come out and talk to me. Also, the salon wasn't even busy, nobody waiting in the waiting area and nobody getting their hair washed. i cancelled my next appointment and neither me on my two daughter will be step foot in there.
