The staff is great but Emmanuel Lincifort is the worst he doesn't answer calls or emails lets his patient run out of medication only because he didn't do his homework also uses the wrong billing code which I got charged by my insurance company
Emmanuel “Manny” Lincifort the Nurse Practitioner is wonderful to work with. Along with Dr Kessaris, Honestly the best Urologist Team to take care of you. Very comfortable with them for years. The Great Neck office is the best location to go to if you drive. 5 stars
