Appointment was at 9:30. Got there at 9:15. Waited for nearly 40 minutes before going up to the receptionist. I had noticed other clients were leaving because they weren't being seen. Went up to the receptionist and asked her how much longer was it going to be. She said we were going to be seen real soon. 20 minutes went by. They do not care about you. It will take them DAYS to get you the prescribed medication that you need. You can call with urgency and then call back 2 days later and nothing has been done.
