Be aware of their billing. Went for PCP and did blood test and it cost me 4times more than it cost and no one to help you out.
I received a call at 1:45 pm (last minute) to come in by 2:30. I told Diane I lived to far to be there in 45 minutes. I told her I would be late and she said its okay as long as its not crazy late like 4pm. I told her I'll do my best I'm on the way. When I arrived it was around 2:48 they refused to see me told me I'm more than 15 minutes late. Dr. Venkatesan is good, but taking appointment is horrible experience. Called several times for appointment, always busy. Very disappointed with the online appointment service.
Dr V is a fantastic doctor. He’s trustworthy, kind, and efficient. His staff are professional and quick. The office is convenient if you live in St Louis City (especially the CWE).
