Such an unprofessional office. Absolutely understaffed with little concern for patient care. Dr Weiss's office called to cancel an appointment we waited 6 months for, 1.5 weeks prior to the appointment because the Dr won't be in clinic that day. Their offer for a rescheduled, when asked? 7 more months from now. Being part of the UC Health system they also somehow are UNABLE to refer us to any other derm in the whole system, as all others available in the next 7 months only take new patients. Disgraceful.
