I was told I couldn’t have a 5 PM appointment, so I was told to come at 4:30. (I work 35 minutes out of Rockport, had to rush to get to my apt)Nelly usually running 10-15 minutes late every time but that seems average. At 4:45 I asked the owner to double check my apt time(yes 4:30). At 5 Nelly was still working on a customer and being a previous nail tech I knew she had at least 10-15 minutes more with that client. I'm very disappointed in the results of my latest visit to Emma's. I've been coming here on and off since moving to Rockport a few years ago, and this most recent experience was disappointing. I went in on 09/26 (which also happened to be my birthday, and I wanted to treat myself), and here's the result of my gel manicure a week and a day later; I also got a pedicure that felt SUPER rushed.
