Ok, here is the Update- After being passed on from shop assistant to store manager, then to regional manager and then State manager, we finally resolved our charm bracelet issue by having it fully replaced, at no charge. So for us, it was a great and fair outcome. So, while any business must be diligent in assessing claims, ultimately the final say has to come from the state manager. This store shouldn't be closing down. It trumps Michael Hill big brother store by miles. Would never shop at Michael Hill again because Emma and Roe is so much better
