Do not do business with Kyle McDonough. Thought this place was awesome at first. Worked with them through a loan that fell through due to the seller. Found a new home and rates changed so we started looking for better deals. Kyle said the VA appraisal was ordered but it could be transferred if needed. He said himself he couldn't compete with the other rates we were quoted but he would try. He wasnt able to deliver.
