Ed and EML Mechanical just serviced my HVAC and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They were quick to schedule, showed up on time when they said they would and were meticulous in their work. They even found an issue I had been having with a unit and repaired it quickly. 10/10 would recommend! Professional , thorough and KIND!
Ed and his team from EML were an absolute pleasure to work with. They installed a new Bryant dual fuel system (furnace + heat pump) for my rental apartment in Cambridge and redid the duct work. At every step along the way, Ed always found the solution that worked best for me. He also pays careful attention to details to insure a successful installation. I have employed other HVAC companies in the past and EML surpasses them all. I look forward to working with EML in the future.
Outstanding experience! Marcus and his partner went out of their way to explain the problem with my heat pump, educated me on the ongoing maintenance that was required and in no way spoke down to me (which unfortunately is too common when male contractors are helping a female homeowner). I will absolutely continue to use them going forward!
Edward, the owner, responded to my call and addressed my lack of cool air and HVAC noise issues. From his diagnoses, my condensate pump needed to be cleaned, so were the coils for they have never been serviced since new, as well as one of the capacitors needed to be replaced due to its degraded charge.
