EML is the real thing. From the first meeting I knew I was in good hands with Ed and his team. Great ideas and alternatives were presented for a completely new hvac system; furnace, heat pump and AC with exposed ducting. Installed on the 4th and 5th floor of an100 year old building, no elevator. Very difficult job but they are pros. They were on time, worked hard and cleaned up before they left every day. Ed and EML Mechanical just serviced my HVAC and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They were quick to schedule, showed up on time when they said they would and were meticulous in their work. They even found an issue I had been having with a unit and repaired it quickly. 10/10 would recommend! Professional , thorough and KIND!
Ed and his team from EML were an absolute pleasure to work with. They installed a new Bryant dual fuel system (furnace + heat pump) for my rental apartment in Cambridge and redid the duct work. At every step along the way, Ed always found the solution that worked best for me. He also pays careful attention to details to insure a successful installation. I have employed other HVAC companies in the past and EML surpasses them all. I look forward to working with EML in the future.
Outstanding experience! Marcus and his partner went out of their way to explain the problem with my heat pump, educated me on the ongoing maintenance that was required and in no way spoke down to me (which unfortunately is too common when male contractors are helping a female homeowner). I will absolutely continue to use them going forward!
Smartest folks I've had yet, and I've been on a five-year odyssey to figure out what my initial installers did wrong! Highly recommend! Very responsive and reliable. The antithesis of all the others! Yay!
