I would not recommend this company. I want a full refund on my application and background check because they never processed my application and the house I put in for with no returned phone call or update I then got an automated email (2 weeks later) stating it was leased and no longer available so apparently these guys just took my application money for nothing I didn't even get a denial letter or anything. This is so dishonest and I'm very disappointed in their customer service. I have left several voicemails and emails an... read more
I would not recommend this company. This company does not have customer service they do not answer the phone. Their procedures are out of sync and as a customer you will suffer and they do not keep up with contracts or paperwork.
