I’ve been a loyal customer since May 2022 and had been very happy with the servic until my most recent cleaning. When I came home, all five upstairs doors were closed, leaving my cat trapped in a room for about 8 hours with no access to her litter box. She ended up peeing on the couch, which everyone knows cat pee is the absolutely worst. My family and I have been loyal customers for more than 20 years and expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. I used EMJ to clean my home after moving out, before the new owners arrived. The cleaning was ok but did not go above and beyond. Pricing was appropriate for service provided. Unfortunately, no one spoken any english. I would not recommend or use them again.
