Buyer Beware! Have been trying to resolve a problem with a car warranty that was purchased for our vehicle to no avail. The GM's resolution was to yell and hang up on me, the e-mail to the owner's e-mail listed on the website came back as undeliverable and the last person who said she would help me resigned. They also under reported the mileage on our vehicle to the DMV and refused to correct it. Worst buying experience EVER!
Would not work with me and my schedule. Had me waiting since Wednesday or Thursday just to tell me they can't do anything with me until Wednesday. I made it clear I needed a car ASAP. They lie when they say everyone is financed. Not true. They lied when they told me I'd be financed by the end of the day on Thursday. Unless you have a full week to dedicate to them, dont go there. They expect you to not work as well, aparently, just wait for the chance for them to put you in a car while they tell you they're the best for you
