This business is listed to close at 8 PM. I arrived at 6:59 PM and was abt to pull up for an emissions test, and the guy with a long beard came out and said that if I wanted an emissions test, he couldnt do it. I pointed to the current car in front of Me that was getting a test done, and he just said that his manager told him to shut it down for the night, EVEN THOUGH they still had an hour before closing. What kind of business are they running here? That was unprofessional.
They did an oil change on my car and pulled the air filter to show me how dirty it was. (Not dirty at all, it was brand new) and now suddenly today my car is throwing a check engine light for a misfire and running too lean. So somewhere suddenly I have vacuum and air intake issues. Tried to call multiple times today so their tech could retrace steps and make sure everything is buttoned up and no one bothered to pick up the phone multiple times. Will not be returning to this location, if any take 5 ever again.
