I've been to some jeweler repair stores and was not happy Today I decided to get my jewelry repaired at this store Bob did an amazing job, my rings looks brand new. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!
Went in as soon as they opened and Bob was kind enough to stop what he was doing to handle my watch adjustment. Offered me water and coffee while i waited as well as some good watch buying advice. He worked quickly but wanted to make sure i was happy before walking out! Great service and fairly priced, i will definitely be coming back. Thank you Bob!
This man is the best jeweler in the area! I had a inexpensive stainless steel bracelet that I got as a souvenir, and my bag had slipped off and snagged the bead and connector off my metal draw-chain link bracelet (iykyk) so, I brought it in and he fixed it within 5 minutes! He was so kind and stayed late past business hours because I had called before I left work. Truly a GEM!!!!! thank you again times 1000. I'll be back with more repairs!!!
