Very unprofessional. Coming from someone who is also in the healthcare field. Just nasty and unprofessional behavior from staff. As well as front desk employees not considerate at all. Don’t address properly to their patients and hang up in you midway talking trying to make an appointment. Definitely will be changing doctors asap!
