Very unprofessional. Coming from someone who is also in the healthcare field. Just nasty and unprofessional behavior from staff. As well as front desk employees not considerate at all. Don’t address properly to their patients and hang up in you midway talking trying to make an appointment. Definitely will be changing doctors asap!
Unprofessional. The people in the front are rude and disrespectful. One employee “had enough of me”, called another employee, other employee came hostile at me and gave me so much attitude. If i knew where and who to call, I’d report these two employees. Very very rude and disrespectful.
She’s my children’s pediatrician, and she’s the best doctor. She really cares and worries about children
