If I could give zero stars, that would be too many. Our firm used eMinutes/eResident Agent for a few years for entities in other states. It has been nothing but a hassle since day one. If you need registered agent services, I HIGHLY recommend Northwest Registered Agent. They are cheaper, more responsive and have an easy to use online portal.
As a business owner we have many responsibilities and many distractions. One key responsibility is to maintain our corporate obligations. One item is our corporate minutes, failure to do so can be costly. I wish all service providers created such an efficient service and plenty of reminders to protect ourself from ourself. Eminutes didn't do a good job for the formation of my corporations. I paid for two corporations to be formed and only got one EIN number. IRS is still telling me that the paperwork wasn't done right and they'll work with me until the situations are fixed since Eminutes didn't stick with my companies until the situation got fixed. Thank you
