I rented with Gwen for 3 years and she definitely has a straight forward attitude, but I appreciated that about her. She was always willing to work with us and was very fair. Anytime we needed work done, the maintenance guy would come out quickly. Moving out was easy and I received a majority of my deposit. She was probably my favorite landlord.
One of the best landlords I've ever had. She will work with you and she is very honest. I stayed at properties off La Fonda and behind Hooters. Both experiences were awesome.
Gwen is a horrible person, attitude is just rotten. She is just so rude, then when you bark back she says you're being rude.
Gwen is amazing! I have rented from her twice already! She’s very blunt and honest! She sees people’s life styles differently and takes it all into consideration to make an amazing area to live! I will be renting from her again!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Gwen is the most rude, unprofessional shrew of a human I have ever come across. Unwilling to help in any situation, terrible attitude. I hope any property owners seeking property management services, seriously reconsider using this woman and her "company" as a property manager. There are much better options in the area, ones who can at least have a respectful conversation with you in a non condescending manner.
